Maaaaaaan, how did I miss this one?
From chef and creator of the popular food blog Domesticate-Me.com, 125 outrageously delicious yet deceptively healthy recipes for dudes (and the people who love them), accompanied by beautiful full-color photography. – Amazon
Two things about this book. 1) This is right up my alley and how I missed it I have no idea, and 2) THIS IS THE BOOK THAT I WAS WRITING IN MY HEAD.
I didn’t quite know how to put it into words and all of this dang cooking and posting that I am doing was some sort of precursor to the book I eventually wanted to publish.
I love it though. This author is great and her movement is great and it makes so much sense.
Check out her website for all of the places to find her, domesticate-me.com
You can’t beat this price point and if you do a little digging around, you can see that she really knows what she is talking about and doing. This is going to be a wildly successful book.
I’m definitely throwing down and getting it from Amazon: The Dude Diet: Clean(ish) Food for People Who Like to Eat Dirty
I happened to come acrost her movement while listening to a podcast that I’d stopped downloading but decided to check the timeline and see who’d been featured recently. In this 45 minutes, Serena Wolf talks about a ton of things with Abel James, and its really informative.
If you have the time, its worth a watch/listen.
Unless you want a heart attack in your thirties, you have to dial in your nutrition. Most dudes have no clue where to start. Our guest today is Serena Wolf, author of The Dude Diet: Clean(ish) Food for People Who Like to Eat Dirty.
