Two things about this book. 1) This is right up my alley and how I missed it I have no idea, and 2) THIS IS THE BOOK THAT I WAS WRITING IN MY HEAD.

I didn’t quite know how to put it into words and all of this dang cooking and posting that I am doing was some sort of precursor to the book I eventually wanted to publish.

I love it though. This author is great and her movement is great and it makes so much sense.

You can’t beat this price point and if you do a little digging around, you can see that she really knows what she is talking about and doing. This is going to be a wildly successful book.
