As you know, each week I get a Farm Fresh to You delivery from my CSA and a lot of the times, I have no idea what I am going to make. What I’ve decided to do is research over the weekend aka go onto pinterest, and find some things that I want to cook with the stuff I gots.
I will call it, “Recipes IME going to try this week” … get it? IME… anyways…. here are this weeks selectiones.
Shredded Swiss Chard and Roasted Beet Salad : Cooking instructions here

* I won’t be using huge chunks of beets like that … gonna have to figure something else out.

* I’ll be making some changes to the ingredient list. I actually used to make egg rolls a long time ago when I would help my parents prepare food for this huge beach party they would throw every year. Me and my brother would make like 500 egg rolls from scratch. Shit was crazy.
