I love water…. I love it when people shut up….. I love this picture.
If you know me, you know that for pretty much any ailment, I’m going to tell you that you need to drink more water. Its silly, and its kind of an ongoing joke for me at this point, but at the same time, its true. Almost anything can be helped if we just drink a little bit more water.
I jumped over to WebMD for a little bit of back up though, here are the six reasons to make sure you’re drinking enough water or other fluids every day:
