This is very random.
So, a chick that I am kind of sweet on
convinced me I told that I would do a 2-week no sugar / no alcohol thing with, and I’m lowkey miserable right now with it. Its friday…. last night there was a bottle of Hennessy Privilege in my dream… but that is neither here nor there.
Plus, I’m trying this vegan thing out as you know, so I wouldn’t be able to eat this anyways, but I happened to be going through some old pictures on my mac and saw these from a few weeks ago.
I was craving a strawberry cream chee pie that my grandmother used to make and I looked on the internets for something similar.
Now, she used to make something like this and then double up on the goodness and add a strawberry jello topper to bind the skrawberries, but I’m didn’t think I had that in my for this one. So I used a basic ass recipe.
Pie crust. Philly cream cheese. Powdered sugar. Whipped cream. Skrawberries.
That’s it, that’s the list.
This shit is so easy that I’m almost glad that I decided to go vegan with all this working out right now. I’d make this once a week and big as big as a house.
But anyways. I’m craving sweets right now and I can’t get my drank on and I’m bored so lets post this shxt.

I don’t measure shit. I will add in something just because. I will pour a little beer in something if I happen to be drinking one. I’m just out’chea winging it.
I will say though, the shit I make turns out really, really good.
When I tell you this is simple, it’s really simple.
Start with a crust. Since this is a cold pie and you wont be baking it, you have to bake the crust first.
Mash the cream cree. You should have the cream chee sitting out to get softer, but do it how you want it.
Mix in i cup of powdered sugar.
Mix in a teaspoon of vanilla.
Then, mix in half of the cool whip.
After that, dice half of your skrawberries, and fold them in to the mix.
Take the second half of the whipped and layer it over the top.
Cut up the skrawberries however you like and place them on top.
Refrigerate that jawn for about 2 hours and then its old gold.
Slice that bxtch up and start eating it.
For the record, this is in NO WAY healthy or part of a fitness program, but its good af. That’s why I even labeled this “Earned It Meal” in the category. You need something like this in your life from time to time. Unfortunately, I’m not eating sugar or drinking alcohol for two weeks and I’m sposed to be a vegan or something…. I’m lowkey regretting that decision right now.
