FIrst-things-first, TED Talks are my jam. Like millions of us out there, I come across TT’s all the time that aren’t something I know about, but about once a week, there is one that really hits home in a real way.
So, as you may know, I’ve been reading Arianna Huffington’s Sleep Revolution book and its definitely change the way that I’m looking at sleep these days, and I came across this TED Talk.
