In doing a little bit of research on Karlie ** googling her **, I come to find out that there is some veganism in her game – even though she is not fully vegan. In an interview with Self magazine, she explains:

I love my Midwestern roots, but it’s a little less healthy of a lifestyle. I stopped eating Goldfish and Oreos and started eating kale salads and avocado toast and It changed my energy. I realized, OK, how I eat affects how I feel.

Although not vegan, Karlie is a supermodel who takes very good care of herself and enjoys many of the health beneffits of a part-time vegan lifestyle. She has been on the IME pages before cooking with her best friend and fellow model Jourdan Dunn, and she’s even started her own vegan cookie line called Karlies Kookies.

Top model Karlie Kloss is also a talented baker and founder of Karlie’s Kookies. Karlie and Elettra discuss her vegan cookie line that gives back with every bite—a portion of the proceeds for each tin of cookies is donated to the nonprofit FEED, to help provide nutritious meals to those in need. – VOGUE

Ok, so I just found this other video of Karlie baking cookies on her youtube page which I didn’t know existed until about 10 minutes ago. Watch the video and then you might have the same kind of feels that I do.

I really like Karlie Kloss.

You know, watching a video like this, which is really well done and looks like she did it all herself by the way, tells me a lot of things about her, and for a large margin girls like her.

Luckily, I live in Los Angeles and come across a ton of girls who would be considered really really attractive and beautiful people and 9s and 10s everywhere in the planet, and one thing that I have noticed about most if not all of them, is that they are just regular chicks. And smart. And layered. And have stories to tell. And after talking to them for about 2 minutes, you actually want to keep listening to them.

I think sometimes there is a perception that these women are untouchable and unrelatable and we tend to think that they are not of this world, but actually they are. And they are cool. And they can put sentences together. Awesome that she did this. I’m going to check out a lot of her other stuff. I’m going to throw her some follows and watch more videos.

Funny because I actually went out last night with a singer songwriter beautiful artists who has charted and done some really great things and talking to her was a breeze. The only time music came up was when I brought it up. I’ve gone out with dancers and choreographers and models and you’d be surprised how many of them can run circles around you on Final Cut, and are genius editors and read a book each week or are working on an app that is going to change the game or could fxcking wreck you Battlefront.

I don’t know if this is really making a lot of sense, but watching this video hammered home some really cool stuff about Karlie and I’m glad I watched this video.
