The world loves meat. But relying on cows to make meat is land-hungry, water-thirsty, and pollution-heavy. That’s why we set out to do the impossible: make delicious meats that are good for people and the planet.
This short film was narrated By Pat Brown, Founder & CEO of Impossible Foods. I’ve got to admit that they’ve done a great job of marketing this ting and I really want to try one. They’ve been killing it during their testing phase at Momofuku in New York and it was announced that us Californians would be getting a pop-up soon (interesting its second since the company is based in Cali) so I’m excited about that.

* Super duper side note: I wonder what it feels like to be sitting on something that could potentially, and in all likelihood, a kajillion dollar concept? Once this all plays out and if it really tastes and feels and is like meat, but completely from plant resources…. this unequivocally changes everything.
There would be absolutely no reason to eat animal meat. And, for all of the environmental good that they may do, this product will be printing money.
That’s got to feel good.
