Baking Authentic Armenian Lavash

Making lavash requires flour, water, sometimes yeast, the wood-fired tonir oven, and time, but preparations differ almost from village to village.

This short video is part of a series of work done by a close personal friends cousins as they are creating pieces about Armenia for the Smithsonian. This video is the first in the series.
